Scope
These terms apply to all use of Piktolio (piktolio.com), operated by Tom Silas Helmke. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Piktolio provides 18 free interactive browser tools for ranking, voting, and decision-making. All tools work client-side without an account. A paid Pro subscription unlocks additional features.
Payment
Pro subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy. Prices are shown in EUR including VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (§355 BGB). The withdrawal period begins on the date of purchase. To withdraw, contact tshfm78@gmail.com. According to §356 Abs. 5 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires when the digital content has been fully provided with your prior express consent.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Piktolio for illegal content, hate speech, harassment, spam, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Piktolio and its code, design, and branding are owned by Tom Helmke. Content you create with our tools belongs to you.
Limitation of Liability
Piktolio is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our tools, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Applicable Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Sankt Augustin, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
